Well, three months after initially getting cast, we've finished our run and all that's left is to be extremely grateful for the opportunity given. It's not every day that someone in my country decides to produce something by Molière, and I doubt I'll ever have another chance to experience what I have. We had a great young cast, a great venue, and a fine fete to go with our production. I doubt Classical theatre will ever be as much a party as it was for this.
I hope some day to repeat the experience, but in the original language. As much as I loved our rhyming translation, there can be no replacement for the original tongue. But I had a lovely time here, and it will always be cherished.
